Online Shopping Instructions for Members

Members receive 10% off all merchandise in the Museum’s online shop. If you have forgotten your discount code, contact us at membership@rubinmuseum.org for assistance.

1. Select your merchandise and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Review your cart and enter your membership discount code in the “Discount or Subscription Code” box and select “Apply” to receive your 10% member discount.
3. Click the red “Checkout” box at the bottom of the cart.
4. You can choose to register a shop user account or check out as a guest.
5. Enter your billing and shipping information and member ID number in the proper fields.
6. On the “Order Confirmation” page, review the contents of your cart one last time and ensure that the proper discount has been applied (Note: Only one discount code can be applied per order).
7. Enter your credit card information in the proper fields and click “Pay for Order.”

Online Video Subscription for Members

Members can access the online shop’s selection of streaming videos of on-stage conversations for free. Please note, you cannot combine online video with shop merchandise in one order and check out with a discount. You must process online video orders by themselves to receive them for free.

1. Select your videos and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Review your cart and enter your membership discount code in the “Discount or Subscription Code” box and select “Apply” to receive the videos for free.
3. Click the red “Checkout” box at the bottom of the cart.
4. You can choose to register a shop user account or check out as a guest.
5. Enter your billing and shipping information and member ID number in the proper fields.
6. On the “Order Confirmation” page, review the contents of your cart one last time and ensure that the proper discount has been applied.
7. You should not need to enter credit card information, as your order total should be $0.00. You will receive a link to watch the streaming videos shortly after your purchase.

One-Time Use 20% Off Coupon for Members

When members upgrade or renew a membership, they receive a 20% discount shop coupon to use one time only on one order at the online shop. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.

1. Select your merchandise and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Review your cart and enter your upgrade/renewal discount code in the “Discount or Subscription Code” box and select “Apply” to receive your special 20% discount.
3. Click the red “Checkout” box at the bottom of the cart.
4. You can choose to register a shop user account or check out as a guest.
5. Enter your billing and shipping information and member ID number in the proper fields.
6. On the “Order Confirmation” page, review the contents of your cart one last time and ensure that the proper discount has been applied.
